Dark Angels Interemptor test mini

 I've completed the DA interemptor test mini! This is my vision of that unit, I wanted to do it a more grim and brutal variant than in original FW kit. So I used Iron Hands tactical squad bits as base for my interemptor model. 

Paintedd schemes was already developed on the past test DA minis: blacks based on Green Grey (Scalecolr Artist) and reds based on Shadow Flesh 2 and Burgundy Red (both Pacific88 Art-Color). I did just one exception - I added some rust to the mini. 

The plasma glowing pinted by mix of Turquise Blue (SCA) and white.

Dark Angels veteran sergeant

 

Dark Angels test veteran sergeant now finished. I tried to do a black/red deathwing paint scheme without bone white parts, and hope what this experiment was successful.

Personally I am not a big fan of FW marines based on "dolls" from HH plastic sets but DA Interemptors aren't so bad as pack of bits 🙂

One more test DA miniature WIP. This time it is deathwing veteran sergeant based on DA Interemptors bits. I will compete this early next week.

DA Interemptor WIP

 I have something special for you. Do you think it is a Iron Hand mrine? No way!Thus is my vision of the Dark Angels Interemptor. I am not a big fan ofthe DA special units released by ForgeWorld so I deciced to do a some convrsions based on FW bits.

Iron Warriors second tactical squad

 Here is the final pics of my second IW tactical squad. So the infantry section is on 2/3 and the army is on a half done now.

And I would take a break and return to some DA test minis.
